We collect, process, and use personal data in line with Article 6 of the GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfil a contract or for measures preliminary to a contract. We collect, process and use your personal data when accessing our Services only to the extent required to enable you to access our Services.
Where & how is my data stored?
Your data is stored on Anabode’s cloud-based servers, built with encryption software for all data at rest on globally distributed services infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Data communication between your device and our servers is secured with latest TLS encryption as well using OAuth2.0 standard to ensure correct authorisation methods to access your own data. Some information will also be cached on your local device allowing for faster data retrieval.
When will Anabode need to access my data?
Anabode will always ask for permission before accessing your account. An example of when a member of the Anabode team might need to access your account is: in order to investigate and fix an account specific issue. This may require you, in certain situations, to verify your identity before completing any work.
What does Anabode do with my data?
How often does Anabode back up my data?
We back up our database record servers a minimum of once every 24 hours.
Am I able to back up my own data?
Currently, data for back up using your own storage facilities can be requested by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens to my account data if I leave Anabode?
On receipt of a written request, Anabode will remove all system data for the an account in line with the GDPR requirements. If you do not request your data to be removed, Anabode may retain the information for up to five (5) years before deleting it.
